The American Marketing Association's Collegiate Division along with the Collegiate Chapters Council is pleased to present the 2007-2008 Case Competition. This year's competition is sponsored by McGraw Hill Higher Education. As part of the digital exploration, McGraw-Hill Higher Education plans to launch an ecommerce portal allowing students to purchase McGraw-Hill Higher Education textbooks and study aides direct. AMA case teams are challenged with developing marketing plans for McGraw-Hill Higher Education to drive students to this ecommerce portal. The end goal is to increase traffic and sales on the ecommerce site and to further foster and develop relations with students. This case bring together two important issues for marketing students, the development and delivery of new sources of learning content across a spectrum of media and the Internet as part of an organization’s business model.
