What Enterprise, America’s #1 car rental company, can teach you about creating lifetime customers. “Exceeding Customer Expectations” was written by Kirk Kazanjian and is the premise behind Enterprise’s founding philosophy and core values and has been instrumental in the growth and success of Enterprise as an industry leader. Instrumental in the success is due to Enterprise’s nationally recognized management training program, a development program designed to hire and train good people from the ground up. Enterprise is committed to providing opportunities for its employees and has been recognized by BusinessWeek as one of the best places to launch a career for the second year in a row.
